If there is one single topic I've written about on this site more than any other, it is probably either guns or global warming. I have said for years that global warming is a complete and total scam. I have said that its sole purpose is to push an agenda by politicians and environmentalist zealots who don't know any more about global warming than how to change the flux capacitor on their Prius.

I given some of the absolutely absurd claims by the global warming nutjobs - everything from how global warming will cause mass cannibalism to the collapse of ginger bread houses. I've shown examples of how mental midgets like Barbra Streisand virtually promised we would have more hurricanes and deadlier hurricanes after hurricane Katrina, all because of global warming. Of course that never happened but few question her about it anymore.

I've sited examples of how celebrities like Sheryl Crow have told us to do our part to stop global warming by only using one sheet of toilet paper and how others claim that changing our light bulbs will help to save the planet.

There is legislation to tax the emission of carbon dioxide or tax cattle because of their flatulence, all under the fallacy that is global warming. Most of these claims are beyond most reasonable people's ability to even dream them up, much less believe them. Correct me if I'm wrong but carbon dioxide has been spewed from the lungs of the living since the first hint of life on this planet. Why now do we feel the need to tax it?

None of this matters to those who claim to believe in this pipe dream and even less to those ...

Just found this on Boortz, and I have to tell you that I am quite alarmed by what I read. Apparently the Dept. of Labor and the Treasury Dept. have decided to have discussions with groups about government taking over control of private 401K plans. Now anyone knows as well as I do that this isn't what this is really about........it is about the imperial federal government seizing this money to finance their deficit spending. Of course it won't be painted that way by these government bureaucracies, but that is precisely what it is. Don't believe me...........? Look at the language in this document:

[QUOTE]The Department of Labor and the Department of the Treasury (the "Agencies") are currently reviewing the rules under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the plan qualification rules under the Internal Revenue Code (Code) to determine whether, and, if so, ...

I don't like tooting my own horn, but I think it is finally time to point something out. As of today, TheAmericanRight.com has saved over 750,000 jobs. I'd like to thank all of the people here who have helped to make that a possibility. It is something we should all be very proud of.

Thanks to all of you, there are three quarter of a million people who still have jobs today. That is no small feat. Even in light of the slowing economy, the members of this site have pulled together. We have written articles, we've kept up the pressure on our legislatures, we help to keep up the spirits of those who though it was only a matter of time before they lost their jobs, only to see it not happen. They have all of you to thank, but we aren't finished.

Today I am making a prediction that by the end of the year, not only will we save more jobs, we will create 2.5 million jobs! That's right. By the end of 2010, TheAmericanRight.com will be responsible for the creation of over 2 million more jobs. On behalf of American's all over the country, we all thank you.

Unlike the present administration, we will not waiver.

Wow, at least two good news stories in just a couple of days. It looks like America has spoken again.

LOS ANGELES – Air America Radio, a radio network that was launched in 2004 as a liberal alternative to Rush Limbaugh and other conservative commentators, on Thursday shut down abruptly due to financial woes.
Alternative to Rush Limbaugh? Are you serious?

According to the Associated Press, the company said "The very difficult economic environment has had a significant impact on Air America's business." Really? And the liberals lost in Massachusetts because they weren't liberal enough. Could it be that American's don't like hearing that we should give Miranda rights to terrorists that had a significant impact on Air America's business? Could it be that American's don't want to hear what a horrible country we live in, or that it is OK to try to push through an agenda that the vast majority of American's don't want? Could it even be that Americans are tired of hear liberals attempt to belittle others who cling to their guns and religion or a president that makes fun of a Senator who drive an old American made truck? Could it possibly be that American's hate listening to liberals that had a significant impact on your business? Here is a hint - yes.

By now all of the pundits have spoken or are speaking about what happened to turn a very blue state into a largely Brown state. Scott Brown. We can disagree as to what happened or why it happened but the good news for America is that it did happen.

While this will go down as history as one of the largest upsets in political history, it isn't all that uncommon. We saw it with the Reagan landslide after the Carter administration and again with Bush after Clinton. We saw the '94 elections bring about a huge landslide for Republicans. It seems that after eight years of Republican rule, voters think they are ready for a 'change'. But then after only a few months of liberal anarchy, they are reminded of how bad things can be and swarm back to the right.

As much as it pained me, and believe me it was painful - I forced myself to watch as much of the Rachel Maddow show as I could stomach last night. The three stooges were all on there - Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Keith Olberman. (eww.. I just threw up in my mouth a little just thinking about it.)
I was curious how they would react after losing probably the most liberal state, formerly held by one of the most popular and liberal senators, and a state that Obama won by 26% over McCain. I was afraid maybe they would finally understand. Maybe they would see that America has spoken - that a health care plan that has support of 33% of the people, the purchasing of senators from Louisiana and Kansas, and the bribing of unions at the expense of working Americans had finally driven even the most liberal of Americans away from their party. ...

Can it get any better than this?

How great is that? Next time you board a plane just be sure to wear a little crucifix charm around your neck and an American flag lapel pin and then see what happens. You may just be seen as an extreme danger where you must be pulled aside, strip searched, interrogated and sent off for mental evaluation. But Muhammed Al Ahmagonnablowupdaplane will be waved right through.

Yeah, Reid wants to push that one through real fast. Gee, I wonder why.

For anyone who has spend any time on this site, you know I'm a huge dog lover as are many others on this site. But now I'm worried about my dog. Here's why.

My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day. He has his food prepared for him. He can eat whenever he wants. His meals are provided at no cost to him. He visits the doctor once a year for his checkup, and again during the year if any medical needs arise. For this he pays nothing, and nothing is required of him. He lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than he needs, but he is not required to do any upkeep. If he makes a mess, someone else cleans it up. He has his choice of luxurious places to sleep. He receives these accommodations absolutely free. He is living like a king, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever. All of his costs are picked up by others who go out and earn a living every day. I was just thinking about all this, and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head, have I raised my dog to be a democrat!

I've given this a lot of thought and I am able to come up with a bit of good news. While my both my dog and democrats lack much in the way of logic, at least my dog did not make the conscious decision to be a democrat. I also know my dog would lay down his life for me. If would lock my dog and a democrat in my car for an hour (something I would never do to a dog mind you), I know my dog would at least be happy to see me upon my return.

I also know the love my dog has for me is genuine, not based on some selfish motivation or to gain power. I feel a bit better now but thought I'd share these thoughts with you. Thanks for listening.

It's been a few years since I've been in college, but I think I have an idea for a new drinking game. Every time Obama blames Bush, you do a shot!

On second thought, maybe that isn't such a great idea. We'd have a bunch of drunk indoctrinated little college liberals running around and nothing good can come of that.

But you know it had to happen. As Obama's policies continue to collapse, he must blame someone. Certainly he isn't going to take the blame himself. Oh, he'll say he does. In one breath he'll say he is accountable, but stand by. You can almost count the seconds before he'll qualify that statement with something like, "we inherited", or "the system that has been in place for years", or some other method of saying everything is everyone else's fault.

Far be it from me to call a president of the United States a liar. Even though it is all we heard during the Bush administration, something still doesn't feel right about it. So rather than call this president a liar, I'll let you decide.

While in campaign mode, Obama often discussed his position on health care reform. He said he would be different. He said several times that openness and transparency would rule the day in his administration. The American people were to be part of the process. He said he would be "bringing all parties together". Great. In fact, here are a few of his many comments regarding how open these debates will be:
