Regarding the confiscation of retirement plans (starting small by requiring, say, 10% to be in government bonds but quickly going up from there Maxine Waters began to speak of this in earnest of this several years ago. She spooked me enough and I'm older than 59 1/2 I sold it all. I'd sell today even if I was younger and had to pay the 10% penalty for early withdrawal. Better 90% than zero percent.
