January 22, 2008 marks the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling that dramatically changed our nation. (http://www.roeiqtest.com/ui/index.php)
In spite of its impact, true understanding of Roe and what it accomplished remains relatively vague in the public consciousness.
We can expect both sides in the abortion debate to ratchet up arguments in the coming months as we mark this anniversary. It is imperative that we, as citizens, understand the facts about what Roe does and does not do.
We have created the Roe IQ Test to measure the current awareness of Roe and its effects, as well as to provide detailed information about the ruling. It only takes a few minutes to complete the test. Your answers and results will remain 100% confidential.
We hope you will take the IQ Test and invite your friends to do the same. If you think you know Roe, we think you'll be surprised!
Click here (http://www.roeiqtest.com/ui/quiz.php) to take the Roe IQ Test today.

Quite a number of biased questions to bring up hot button issues and current anti-abortion legal techniques.
Call me stupid, but how did this "dramatically change our nation"? I get the dramatic part as people bitch, cry, and moan over abortions but how did it change the nation?

Bias? Or you actually had no clue how far Roe v Wade actually went?

If you're going to do nothing but call me a troll then why don't you provide a little more content of your own to respond to?
I think everyone understands that Roe v Wade did not establish any boundaries for abortions and instead opened the doors wide. This is where the Supreme Court did not do as the anti-abortion crowd says and create legislation from the bench. In fact they did opposite by saying that you could have abortions, and left individual laws up to the state to limit the practice as they saw fit.
Roe v Wade changed the American perception of the Supreme Court... still not sure if that is a noteworthy shift in American lifestyle.
The largest issue you're going to find that changed American lifestyle is a legal provision to the right of privacy. This right to privacy is something that most of us feel like we already deserve as citizens, but now it has legal backing. Whether the legal precedent of privacy "changed the nation" or not sits on shaky ground with me.

Haven't had a chance to take the test, as I know few details of Roe V. Wade
except that it sort of declared war on the unborn.

The SCOTUS job is to rule in cases. Period. A court ruling is not law. Whenever I talk about abortion with people the first thing they say is, "Roe Vs. Wade made it legal to have abortions and if RvW is overturned, people will not be able to have abortions."
What people don't understand is that if RvW is overturned, abortions will still be legal.
The best thing to do is to leave it up to the states. Let the states decide. Then if a 12 year old girl from Arkansas wants to have an abortion but her state says no, she'll have to hitch a ride to another state. I don't care if you have to be inconvenienced to murder your child.
ETA: I got 8/12... I didn't realize you could have an abortion just based on the fact that the sex of the baby is not want you want. I also didn't realize there were no limitations on when you could have an abortion. It's so disgusting!
