How do you feel about the "Minutemen" Project

How do you feel about American citizens patrolling the area near our borders. They call themselves The Minutemen Project (http://www.minutemanproject.com/AboutMMP.html).

I am glad that these people are doing what is RIGHT. I have mexican friends and some of them are illegal, but I think that they should have gone and done things the right way, lilke everybody else who comes here. Why would anybody complain about these people doing their civil duty to protect their border from whoever is trying to sneak over. They aren't going to hurt anybody, they just stand in the open areas and catch the runners and turn them in. Good Job Minute Men!

if the federal government would do thier job right the minuteman project wouldn't need to exist. I think that the U.S.A. should do what every other nation on Earth does.We should put up a barrier and the border patrol should then shoot ANYONE trying to cross illegally

I think this is an awesome idea. If I lived down near the border, you bet your ass I would be out there shooting at people if they were trying to come into the country illegally. I don't want people sneaking into my country, not speaking my language, and using our hard earned tax money on their poor asses. We need to ship all illegals back to where they came from. I'm so tired of this. We need to build a big fence and put four rows of barbed wire across the top of it and then run barbed wire throughout the lower parts as well and then we need to hire more people to patrol the border and shoot anyone who tries to come across illegally.

Hell ya, I would pay. We can make it a sport with rules like;

1. You can only shoot three shots per person.
2. You have to yell RUN if they are sitting or standing in one spot.
3. Over kill is expected in high trafficing areas.
