Huh?

It has become popular, with many liberals as well as people way too smart for the God of the bible to preface their points of view with something that sounds like this; "doesn't your bible say..." It's an attempt, (most of the time), to squelch an opposing or biblical point of view. It's a tool used primarily by non-believers therfore it will not affect a believer one way or the other. Most of the time it is just a verse or two, taken out of context and therefore not used with any prayerful consideration. Since it's not a real question asking for clarification as to why a person might feel this way, there is usually a certain mocking tone associated with it. It is meant primarily as a "dig" at Christians in general but with proper timing it can make liberals and really, really, really smart people squeal with delight, clap like trained monkey's and then soil themselves  .

Jury gives death to the murderer (he does not deserve to even have his name mentioned) of this beautiful little child. It's justice for Jessee, I suppose. Sickeningly, we've had to hear the details once again of what this monster did. And unfortunatly, the end that her murderer will one day meet on this earth will be a simple needle. If I were ruler of the world, he'd be put in a plastic garbage bag and burried in a pile of shit, just because that's what he truly deserves. That and the fate that will await him on the other side.

No doubt we will see some liberals continue to come out in favor of saving the rapist and murderer of this child, Jessica. We'll hear them whine and cry and plead for the life of the worst kind of monster that society has to offer. They will continue to make reference to the mental capacity of the being who dug a ditch and put a living child in it to conceal the evidence of his crime. It will be sickening, yes, but I hope, I really truly hope that people will pay attention to the defenders of this piece of human garbage. Pay attention to just who steps forward and take note of who they are. They will pretend to be heroes. They will pretend to be the defenders of what is right. They will deceive as they always do. They are liberals and they stand for nothing that is right, or just. Certainly not in the case of a little child who was sleeping in her bed and had her life stolen from her in the most horrible way imaginable.

May Jessica rest in peace. And may the defenders of children triumph in her memory.

This is a hard question to answer. If you infringe on someones rights to life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness, you lose yours. So in a matter of fairness and justice is the death penalty right, it is. Is it moral is the hard question. The bible is favor and opposition to the death penalty so its pretty much useless there, questions like, "are we as a civilized society beyond this?", again we have people like this man killing and raping children so probably not. and these questions dont bring answers only more questions. I dont have an answer whether or not the death penalty is good or not. I have opinions, just like you, but no answers. Finally my answer to you question, who deserves to die or whatever, I say Jesus. His sacrifice allows me to enter Heaven so ya thats what I think.

I wouldn't defend this guy. Anyone who burglarizes deserves jail time. Anyone who molests and kills deserves a lot of jail time. Nobody deserves the death penalty.

And who, pray tell will pay for his room and board for the rest of his miserable life?

I could never be in favor of the death penalty, and I will stand by that. It's a bad practice, and it could never be done properly.

Are you for infanticide? Are you pro-choice? If so, then you've got an ethical
conundrum. How can you reconcile keeping vermin like that guy alive and kill a baby who's never done anyone any harm?

There are so many loopholes judicially for this guy to get off. It isn't the death penalty...it's everything in the whole system- prisons, courts, etc. The judicial system is so corrupt or messed up in procedure right now. There's a book by Andrew Napolitano called Constitutional Chaos. It highlights many of our country's mishaps judicially. I'd recommend looking at some of what it talks about.

It's not perfect, but its a far sight better than letting the no good SOB wander the streets looking for another kid.

Why would any liberal defend this guy if this is all true? This question goes out to the liberals that IHL hopes to provoke. Why if this is all true do conservatives expect people with our minds to defend a burglar, molester, and a possible murderer?

POSSIBLE MURDERER!!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!? This piece of crap abducted, molested a killed a CHILD. He deserves to swing from the end of a rope.

I'm not worried. I consider it a cold case file. An autopsy of a moonbat long gone.
