This is an article on msn.com today.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16886008/?GT1=8921

I thought the article looked promising but as I read it, I realized it's just another liberal biased article. Now they are saying that any scientist that goes against global warming was paid off by the Bush administration. Right, anytime people say anything opposite of what the Democratic Party thinks, it's Bushes fault. This one really gets my blood boiling.

Doesn't matter what Bush does, they'll still find anything and everything to hit him over the head with.

There are two new books out that confirm Global Warming is natural, and not caused by human activity. Read here. (http://www.drudgereport.com/flash2.htm)

Thought it'd be okay to add the link on your thread, MFR.

I am kind of getting tired of people complaining about global warming. It is naturally going to happen and is not a big deal.

These people in the link above need to chill out and get a life.

I love how a good portion of their efforts are toward the average Joe when nothing we could ever do would be as bad as China.

Now they have a committe for inquiry of climate change and trying to obtain state secrets on documents whether the White House inappropiately has been censoring impartial government scientists. Read more here. (http://www.breitbart.com/news/2007/01/30/D8MVRULO2.html)

Why don't they just let Bush do his work, instead of binding him at every turn and starting more investigations, looking for more scandals, trying to obtain secret documents at every turn, all in a time of war?

Whats funny is I have known this for a long time. It also has to do with the Myan Calander. All the Myan Calander is a calculated Chart of where the Earth and Sun is in the Universe/Galaxy. The Earth doesn't rotate around the Sun in the same spot very year. But it does circle it in a 1500 or so year cycle and the sun won't be in the same spot for like 5000 or so years. But don't tell the Dems. that. I wouldn't want Bush to be blamed for anything 'I' said.

I just heard that some scientists in conjunction with historians have done a joint study.
I am sorry, I don't have the web link for it, but, apparently the Romans, nearly 2000 years ago, had successfully planted grapes in England.
Then, 500 years later, the climate became colder, and the grapes died off.
Then some 1000 years ago, due to the climate, the grapes were successfully grown again by some monks.
Then during the 1600's they were unable to grow the grapes, it being to cold.

Do you see a pattern here? I wish Al Gore would.

Or maybe he would have just blamed the Romans for the CO2 emmissions from their highly industrialized civilization.

Naw! It's all Bush's fault.. You see, he went back in time and killed the Dinosaurs, all to feed his oil interests. *Puts pan down to catch dripping sarcasm*

I'd like to get those books. They could go on my "Books I'm going to read someday" pile, which includes such classic tomes as: "Godless: the Church of Liberalism," "Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupedity," "Around the World in 80 Days," "Mere Christianity," "The Screwtape Letters," and portions of "In Cold Blood" and "The Way Thins Ought To Be."

Godless is a Great book. So is Slander, both by Ann Coulter.. Try reading
"At Any cost: How Al Gore tried to steal the election"

I sure many of you have now seen the reports from that GW conference in Paris. They say they now believe with 90% certainty that it is man-made. I read through the article, trying to find some good arguments to as why, but none. Usual rhetoric claiming melting ice caps and slightly rising sea levels and such. Yet there are conflicting reports they just brush off.

Another funny thing is the report is only 20 pages long. 20 pages? Come on, the greatest threat facing mankind, you have 90% certainty, and you can only fill up 20 pages? Now lets remove at least half due to fluff. 5 pages for their bull crap rhetoric. So 5 pages of data. Wow, thats pretty damn conclusive right there. Just another reason I will refuse to believe these "scientists" are doing any real, concrete science on this matter. IT'S A JOKE!

This report also coincides nicely when the Democrats pull off another timely manuever by accusing the White House of tampering with scientific eveidence. Coinicedence? I dunno. But it does really support my claims of lofty political ramifications behind GW.

The History or Discovery Channel has something on that lines. It is called Mini Ice Age or something like that. I know Ice Age and Mini are in it.

What ever happened to the old 1970's agrument that man, (meaning the U.S.) had created a hole in the Ozone. I haven't heard anything on that for about 20 years. Did the hole go away?

Its healing itself Supe. This was discussed a whiles back, but there are reports confirming it.

Funny how you never hear about that. Probably because scientists then claimed that the hole would never heal itself. Oops!

Yeah it's funny that whole thing about the hole healing itself. Most people are still buying into the BS that WE couldn't do anything to heal it, let alone itself healing itself. It's all a way to control people.

They will bring it up after Bush is out of office. If something doesn't go wrong or is bad it doesn't get reported.

FKLBRLS

That's true. Even worse, after Bush is out of office, they will report that the ozone hole is healing itself and (UGH) say they are the reason for it. "Due to our courageous efforts to save the environment the ozone hole is shrinking."

I'd like to see an "All-good-news" News network, covering all the good that should be reported.

That would be cool. Then they could report all the good that is comeing out of Iraq that our troops are doing. Like all the schools and stuff like that.
