And why is it that Michael Jackson should be left alone when there is strong evidence against him? Because he made a few hit records? Does that exempt him from being on trial? He's getting his day in court like everyone should. Surely you don't have a problem with that do you?

Just because he's some big celebrity everyone wants to take a swing at him. There are probably hundreds of cases of pedophilia going on right now, why don't you get on their case?

Your conservative friends aren't bashing you. I can only speak for myself, but I am very impressed with the conservative teens on this site. HC, it is very true that there are thousands of child molestation trials going on and Jackson's is the one we all here about. Is that fair? Probably not but it comes with the territory of being a celebrity. Ask Kobe about that. Or OJ for that matter, or any other host of celebs. It's just human nature - well, some humans anyway.

That still doesn't change the fact that he should be tried and goes back to my original point the LiberalAngel was trying to make - that he is awesome so he should be left alone. Awesome or not, he has a lot of 'splainin' to do.

Gun R Cool, as for the age attacks. I'm not sure they are attacks, I think they are more just explanations. True, we were all there once and when we were we thought we had all the answers too. Sorry to get off topic but I just love it when my mom and grandma always pull the old, "when i was your age i walked three miles to school and then back for lunch then back for the rest of the day and then back home everyday. And when I got home i had list of chores to do a mile long. We also didn't have bookbags, we used a belt and tied our books with.that. :icon_roll

On topic, yes IHL, just because he is famous, doesnt exempt him from crime. Just like OJ was. OJ was guilty beyond belief it's not even funny. And did you know with double jeopardy, OJ could publicly say that he killed his wife, show us how and when and the knife he used and we couldn't charge him with murder? That's one of the supid loopholes in our Judicial system.

Honestly, I wish we as a culture would leave celebrities alone. We spend WAY too much time worrying who JayLo and Ben are going to hook up with next instead of worrying where our tax dollars are going.
