I have mixed feelings about the ACLU. On the one hand, I believe they quite often defend legitimate free speech issues (Skopie being a good example). I also approve of their gay rights advocacy to a certain degree, as well as their stance on drug decriminalzation (Although I don't think it goes far enough). On the other hand, I part ways with them when they support things like legal gay marriage and the removal of random religious symbols off of things that hardly anyone paid attention to in the first place.

I urge you all to read the book: The ACLU vs. America. It discusses how the ACLU was against America from the beginning, founded in 1920 by a group of elitist ultra-liberal communists who thought they knew what was best for everyone else. Their goal was to eventually establish communism, as well as destroy American morals and traditions. It's goal was and is to eradicate Christianity in America.

Actually, Tater is a lot of fun, FK, and she'll be a valuable junior campaigner in 2008. I suggest a progessive tax on Non charity, non-profit organizations that meddle in government affairs.. say 50 million per case. :icon_lol:
