Well the ACLU should be getting sued for other things but it is good to see THEM getting sued, instead of the other way around.

Can anyone link me on this? I'm not familiar with it...

Jim Bakker was the head of PTL ministries. He was tried , I think for misappropriating funds, and under investigation by his own church over cheating with jessica Hahn. They found him guilty and PTL closed its doors.

I use to work in the collections department of a student loan company and it amazes me how people will say and do anything just to get out of paying their student loans back. If you were loaned money for something you damn well better pay it back!
