It marks that today, ten years ago, the House voted overwhelmingly to define marriage in federal law as a legal union of one man and one woman.

That's all it said, it was in a little corner inside the paper mentioning all the things that happened in this day in history.

Homosexuality isn't a big issue for me. I don't see at is one of the big "Civil Rights" subjects , despite what the left says. I see this because marriage is not, and has never been a union between two men or two women. So to say that it is wrong that gays can't marry, is like saying it is wrong that a woman cannot be a.... uh... penis model?

But I do believe the government should back out of marriage, as it is a holy and spiritual process. Marriage doesn't belong on Capitol Hill, or on some federal courtroom. It belongs in the chapel, and is under the jurisdiction of a clergy. So when I see the homosexuality issue, all I really see is a government power issue.
