McLaughlin has a residence in Dubai, where he was the trainer at "Nad al Sheba Race Course." He's top clients include Dubai Natives. Some of this is written in the link I provided.

I was thrilled when Barbaro won because Dubai's ruling Maktourn family has staked the country's future travel PR on it's fortunes in the thoroughbred world. Besides, I doubt they can sing or even know the words to "MY OLD KENTUCKY HOME."
