The intense concern about Iran's nuclear energy program reflects the judgment that, should it turn to the production of weapons, an Iran with nuclear arms would gravely endanger the United States and the world. An Iranian nuclear arsenal, policymakers fear, could touch off a regional arms race while emboldening Tehran to undertake aggressive, even reckless, actions.

But these outcomes are not inevitable, nor are they beyond the capacity of the United States and its allies to defuse. Indeed, while it's seldom a positive thing when a new nuclear power emerges, there is reason to believe that we could readily manage a nuclear Iran

Here come the moonbats.

Sure let Iran have a nuke...

Iran it seems has already formulated plans to close the Strait of Hormuz. Among other things between 15 and 16.5 million barrels of oil travels through the Strait each day. That’s roughly 20% of the world’s oil production.

The 30 page contingency plan is just one part of a larger strike plan involving the Revolutionary Guards missile units, strike aircraft, surface and underwater navel vessels, Chinese-supplied C-801 and C-802 anti-shipping missiles, mines, coastal artillery along with chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.

So far the plan has identified over 100 targets. In addition to Saudi production and export centers, the Revolutionary Guards have 50+ Shahab-3 and Shahab-4 missiles ready to fire at those Saudi targets and targets in Israel.

This information was supplied to the CIA in 2001 by a defector named Hamid Reza Zakeri. But as usual, our hotshot know-it-all CIA guys dismissed his claims and called him a fabricator. We know what that means. It means once again they have been caught unawares and rather than look stupid for not already knowing this information, they choose instead to discredit the message and messenger.

But the source also identified a previously unknown nuclear weapon site which has been independently confirmed by three separate intelligence agencies. Hey CIA, are you listening yet?

There is a lot more to this article that clearly shows how our Navy will be in a world of hurt.

Hope you like walking, and be sure to wear extra sweaters while at home.

DON'T ==== WITH ISRAEL!

EXACTLY! Israel is not to be messed with. They can strike with amazing power and speed. They don't mess around. They come in, destroy, and leave. No questions asked or concerns raised. Our military could do the same except we must deal with all the liberal b.s.

i think we should give them nukes as well...we could have them airshipped and they can arrive in what 45-60 minutes... We cant gauruntee door to door delivery but we can probably get it within 100 feet or so
