Last time I checked there is nothing on the books (even before the Patriot Act) which says the U.S. Gov't HAS to allow every Tom, Dick and Harry, entry into the Country. That is up to the governments discretion. If the US Attnorey's can't get this one right..............

Yeah, ACLU is a non-profit by definition, so they get tax exempt status. Not only that they do get federal funding, though like BB said most of their cash comes form the people they screw.

And yet how true it is, the ACLU is basically fighting for the eventual destruction of America, so naturally every liberal within spitting distance is throwing money at them.

Maybe the ACLU have to many liberal lawyers and not enough cases to work on so they are making cases up.

I would think like most businesses they add extra people for the Holiday rush. Since during the holidays they got thier asses handed to them by people demanding Christmas in the public square, they are now doing whatever they can with these extra lawyers to keep them around...
