Yea, I love my wife. We see eye-to-eye on almost everything (as least as far as politics go). And, I know she wouldn't hesitate to let a round or three slip into a bad guy if the need arose. Plus, she buys me guns :icon_mrgr

The Glock 35 is a very popular gun among competitive shooters. The problem is that the mag release is not reversible for left handed shooters. Almost all other guns allow for either switching the mag release or providing an ambidextrous one - like my Springfield XD. Therefore, I won't own a Glock.

well aren't we just a tad bit touchy :P

I think you have pistol envy...screwy lefty :)

Touchy? No, not at all. Try to shoot in a competition where seconds count and you can't drop a magazine because the mag release is on the wrong side.

hey, we have something in common. I have a Springfield Armory XD .40 Awesome handgun! You ever seen the XD Sub 9mm...?

Yes I have. It's a good gun but I prefer the .40. I think it's a bit more versatile. Nothing wrong with a 9mm though. Cheap to shoot, holds more rounds and still have nice stopping power.

I'm more into the old flint-lock weapons. They just kick so much ass. Well, not as much as today's weapons, but when you get shot by one, there is little to no chance that you can be saved. And cannons! Don't get me talking about cannons! *BREOOH* AHHH!!! *BOOM!*

Nice gun... that is a big Glock.

I'm with you on that one, Argonath. Strangely, in their talks about technology left and right, I've yet to meet a gun control liberal willing to let me own a flintlock...

That's a very nice Glock you got there :)

I opted for the SigPro over the Glock.

The 27 is a nice gun. Since this thread started, I changed my mind on the Glocks and now own two. I may consider getting a 27. I have a 23 (.40) and a 21 (.45). Might as get a 9mm to round out the collection.
