I think people are forgetting that there were WMD in Iraq. Do you honestly think Hussein was going to just say, "Come on in and here's my stash pile.."? He is a very intelligent person, although very bad, and he could have had those out of there in a minute.

How about the plutonium or uranium(can't remember which one) they pulled out of there? And how about the fighter jet that was buried in the sand? You don't think they could have pulled something off like that? Just curious.

Now, I'm not a super intelligent person, but I do pay a little bit of attention. =)

IHL, you ignorant fool! How can you support a president who was too much of a whiney whimp to go to Vietnam, thats right his daddy got him out of the draft. Bush was a terrible soldier, he was AWOL. He has since led a misguided war in Afghanistan and Iraq, there were no WMD's founf. THe only thing that has come out of this war was the fact that almost a billion innocent people were killed! And almost 200,000 of OUR OWN soldiers were killled. If Bill Clinton can get impeached by making a mistake and cheating on his wife, then Bush should get impeached for this.

Kerry is a much better candidate than Bush. He served bravely and won many medals due to his courage!

Randal, you forgot to mention Halliburton. You got most of it right - First start off with personal attacks. You covered that in your subject line calling me an "ignorant conservative ======". Second, attack Bush with the baseless claim of him being AWOL. But you forgot step three, align Dick Cheney's name with Halliburton. And thanks for pointing out that a billion innocent people have been killed. I didn't realize we've already lost one sixth of the world population in the war in Iraq. And 200,000 or our own troops? You have been listening to the Kerry campaign haven't you? By your logic, you would have voted for the true war hero Bob Dole, instead of Bill Clinton. But logic is obviously not your strong suit. Cling on to your ignorance as long as you can, the truth will scare you to death.

Bush only released a couple pages, and Kerry was assigned secret missions, so he probably isn't allowed to release his record! And yes, there has been over 1 billion people dead because of Bush! Well, well, well. That explains everything. Yep, 1/6 of the world was killed by Bush. That and Bush also used his Halliburton hurricane generating device to cause Katrina to kill black people. (sarcasm) Man this guy is STUPID!!!

Bravely? Throwing grenades at piles of dirt and getting scrapes from the ensuing sandstorm is NOT serving bravely.

Alright asshole, here's the deal. That "fake threat" you are talking about was a reality that was around even during the Clinton years. Clinton even KNEW Saddam was dangerous. He even said that the US was going to have to do something about him. Hillary, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer, and many more Democrats all voted FOR the Iraq war. It was voted on by Republicans and Democrats alike and took 18 MONTHS OF PLANNING by Republicans and Democrats alike. Hillary herself said that Saddam was a threat, citing WMDs in her speech. Plus, there is the fact that #1: Saddam didn't allow flyovers or unannounced weapons inspections during the time that the UN inspectors were there and #2: We HAD and HAVE photographic evidence of Saddam having these WMDs. The only reason people are whining about "faulty intelligence" is because some asshole took the pictures of Iraqi military trucks fleeing weapons inspections sites before inspectors got there and said that said trucks were actually "catering vehicles" (as though catering vehicles are large, grayish, and look a lot like military trucks) That is like comparing a catering truck from a consrtuction site (those ones that play that mexican song) with a humvee. There is no way in frozen hell that you can confuse the 2. Plus, we knew that Saddam had WMDs because HE USED THEM ON HIS OWN PEOPLE! Entire villages were gassed and you still say that Iraq never had any weapons of this kind? Plus, let's say we go and look around Iraq and see no WMDs. Well, we busted Saddam for having WMDs in 1991 so he clearly had the motives to have WMDs. When he started rebuilding them again would he keep them out in the open and stationary. Heck no, he would disguise them in trains and tractor trailers so that he could have them out of Iraq in a matter of days. The US comes and, hey, they're not here. PLUS, let's look at the fact that in 1998 Saddam kicked UN weapons inspectors out of Iraq. Why would he do that, would he do it because, as you liberals say, he has nothing to hide? Of course not, he would kick them out because he HAS something to hide. This is a guy who murdered millions and harshly and cruelly governed a country and you liberals act like he would just secretly disarm his nerve gas, etc. just out of the blue.

The above facts were all realized by Bill and Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and many other Democrats, and they all voted FOR the war in Iraq. However, since these people hate Republicans so much, when Bush actually agreed with them for a change the changed their views to make him look like the bad guy.

Also, I would like to point out to Wells. Out of howmany soldiers who fought in Iraq, even those who were injured, regret going? I was watching a documentry on soldiers in Iraq who had lost arms and legs, I found they all agreed that they didn't think they would ever find WMD's, but before they got there, Iraq was a mess, and that they don't regret it.

During the campaign Kerry said the medals he threw were not his, which is why he still had them and in fact are displayed on a wall in his office. More than anything it turns out to have been symbolic. Now if you go into army surplus stores or pawn shops or whatever, you can pick up a fistfull of medals for next to nothing.

Beats me. I don't know about his medals, but he was heavily against the war. Being one of the leaders of VVAW, rubbing shoulders with Fonda, writing a book sponsoring his anti-war views, and accusing his fellow soldiers of war crimes....

Sounds like a strange thing to do, throw someone else's medals. this question probably will never be answered. Not that it is relavent to the American public anymore.
