Okay, I know this isn't really relevant to anything, but has anyone been watching the show Prison Break? I don't know why, but I am hooked. I don't watch tv that much, but wow. I watched the marathon yesterday and today I've been watching the encore and the new episode. I even teared a bit at one point. Just wondering if anyone has seen it.

OH MY GOD! Yup! I watched the first two episodes on FX last night. I am also hooked. I raved to everyone today at work about it. That's saying a lot, since I hardly ever even watch TV. I am WAY looking fwd to the new episode in an hour.. From what I hear, there is retribution coming for that one dude who killed C.O. Bob... Ya know the dude who was gonna have his way with him during the riot in the last episode.

It's been a looooooooong time since a TRULY good T.V. show came along, the last one I can remember was Law and Order, and that was many years ago when that debuted.

Erich-I know what you are talking about! I've been excited about this all day. This doesn't happen often. It's funny that you would bring up Law and Order because that is my ALL time favorite show. I try not to watch tv because it "rots the brain." But I can't walk away from the tube!

That's also my all-time favortie show... I've been watching more TV than I should lately, since the USA network and TNT play a TON of Law and Order. Not to mention the new episodes! What is your favorite flavor? I personally like SVU. Det. Stabler seems like he's gonna snap one of these days and kick the crap out of one of those dirtbags, and I hope to see it :icon_mrgr

Ah, more Illinois history - Fox River (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fox_River_%28Illinois%29) runs through that area.

The area in the state is called Fox Valley ( no specific site but google Fox Valley Illinois)
Wonder if it's a coincidence that Fox picked Fox River Prison in the Fox Valley... Also, anyone catch that when Scofield's kid (was it Scofield's kid?) was watching TV about the riot, that he was watching Fox News Channel?

They can only use Fox News Channel due to copyright laws. You can't put MSNBC or CNN because I doubt they would let their rivals use their name.

OMG!!! You were right, I can't believe it. I guess "madam vice president" is the real deal! And the more I see TeaBag the more I wanna kick his ass lol.

This show is great, IMO, because it has that rare blend of suspense, drama, action, and intrigue that just keeps things moving. Can't wait for next week! :biggrin:
