I think he does because he's a liberal who'll go whining back to his orginal site saying he didn't even post once and got deleted because he had something liberal in his name. Let's just keep him here.

I remember Neo, One of my replies to one of his tyraids got deleated by the administrator because I lost my temper with Neo and told him to go solute Stalin.

Chi was fairly moderate liberal on this site, who asked to be banned, was banne for two weeks, made a goodbye post despite me asking for him to stay here, as he wasn't near as nutty as your average liberal. He was never heard from again after that.
