Subject: well I dont hate you all!
I knew that if I typed the name of this site that I would find something
exactly like this with the same tired rhetoric. You all are a bunch of
fools. Dissent is for true patriots. Us liberals don't hate America, we
don't give "our enemies" the benefit of the doubt, and in fact, we don't do
about 95% of what all you b*tchy conservatives weakly accuse us of (at least
not any liberal I know!). What we DO do though, is think for ourselves. We
are people who are aware of the tremendous power America holds, the
responsibility that entails, and are willing to call our own country on its
crimes (YES YOU FOOLS! AMERICA IS GUILTY OF MANY SERIOUS CRIMES AND JUST
BECAUSE WE LOVE OUT COUNTRY DOES NOT MEAN WE HAVE TO TURN A BLIND EYE TO OUR
ATROCITIES!). Maybe you all just need to shut up and accept the fact we're
smarter than you.
LOVE, Monty
p.s. Bush is the worst president in US history and all of you who blindly
support him are the real traitors.
(Noam Chomsky would intellectually and factually clobber Robert H. Bork in a
debate)
WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Monty, nice to hear from the other side of the fence finally.
"I knew that if I typed the name of this site that I would find something exactly like this with the same tired rhetoric. You all are a bunch of fools."
"Tired rhetoric"? Well, if you had been a bit more specific about what you are referring to I would be happy to address it but the last thing I try to present on the site is rhetoric. It's rhetoric from the left that we are trying to combat.
"Us liberals don't hate America, we don't give "our enemies" the benefit of the doubt, and in fact, we don't do about 95% of what all you b*tchy conservatives weakly accuse us of"
In fact, you do give "the enemy" the benefit of the doubt and you do it on a consistent basis. The liberals were the first to complain that the prisoners in Cuba were not allow to wear the proper head dresses, the liberals jumped to the defense of Iraqi prisoners and called for the resignation of Donald Rumsfeld and said comparatively nothing about the Nick Berg video, they rushed to condemn the US for the bombing of the 'wedding party' on the Syrian border at 3am and continue to drag out the prison abuse story. And that is just in recent months. If you care to, we could go back years with the same pattern of 'blame America first' especially when a Republican president is in power.
"YES YOU FOOLS! AMERICA IS GUILTY OF MANY SERIOUS CRIMES AND JUST
BECAUSE WE LOVE OUT COUNTRY DOES NOT MEAN WE HAVE TO TURN A BLIND EYE TO OUR
ATROCITIES!"
This is probably your most disturbing comment and the most typical of liberals. When have we ever turned a blind eye to our crimes? Yes, we have committed crimes but it hasn't been "America" that has done it. It has been a few misguided people that have blackened the eye of the U.S. What you want to infer is that this mean all of America committed those crimes. The difference that liberals either don't understand or refuse to admit is that the difference between America and our enemies is that we do NOT turn a blind eye to our crimes. To insinuate that America has, for example, turned a blind eye to the prison abuse scandal is a perfect example. We have had investigations, congressional hearing, apologies, trials and convictions of the perpetrators of these crimes. Can you honestly call this a blind eye? The blind eye has been turned on us. Do you see any investigations other than those conducted by the United States regarding the Nick Berg beheading? That my friend, is a classic example of turning blind eye, and the liberals have turned their own blind eye to that.
"Maybe you all just need to shut up and accept the fact we're smarter than you."
Smarter than us? Well if your email is indicative of the liberal mindset, you'll be hard-pressed to convince anyone of that so far.
p.s. Bush is the worst president in US history and all of you who blindly support him are the real traitors.
Interesting how the subject of your email is "well, I don't hate you all" yet your email is dripping with hate for President Bush and conservative. If supporting our president, and supporting our troops is your definition of being a traitor, then I am guilty. If your idea of not being a traitor is to constantly tear down the president, criticize the war effort, make fictitious movies regarding the president in an effort to influence the election, and hold rallies to try to undermine the troops, then perhaps you might consider looking up the true definition of what a traitor really is.
And if you think President Bush is the worst president in US history, I'd be curious of your impression of a president who was impeached, disbarred, accused of rape on more than one occasion, had numerous extramarital affairs and was held in contempt of court, all while serving as President of the United States. Oh, not to mention looking the people of the United States directly in the eye, pointing his finger at us and blatantly lying to us. I would imagine you would consider a man like this a perfect role model for president.
Sorry Monty, you haven't convinced me you are smarter than us yet. - IHL
