Where was the huge outcry that Clinton failed and it was all Clintons fault. It always amazes me that, no matter what, you can find evidence of the hypocrisy of the left.

Oh yeah, Floyd. I totally forgot about Floyd. Although I don't remember much about Floyd, I do remember that there wasn't a bunch of people going around blaming Clinton.

All this proves is that in the event of a major disaster you get hoardes of people pointing fingers no matter who is in charge.

The _TRUTH_ and we're all afraid to admit it, is that China has a Hurricane Death Ray and they're using it against us. Bush is really a robot from the planet Fregulon Pulsi 8, and the Chinese are doing all they can to stop the comming invasion. Planes have been sky-writing this over our country in huge letter (often called Chem Trails by the conspiracy theorists) for years now trying to warn the American public, but to no avail, as most Americans are so glued to their televisions that they never even bother to look up at the sky (you'd have to go outside) (as I type this inside, sitting at a computer...)

um anyways... landing back on Earth.....

Bush, Clinton, whoever... Anyone who tried to blame a human being for a hurricane has lost track of logic. I do feel there was a systemic breakdown of leadership and order, from the locals to the feds, but there's not a single person you can blame, not even the sitting president.

For every liberal who wants to blame the conservative leadership there's a conservative pointing at the liberal leadership. We need to form, as American Citizens, not as congress, not as political factions, but as PEOPLE, we need to get a group of peopole together who can see this from an objective perspective and see where BOTH sides are right, and BOTH SIDES are just playing stupid politics. Things wen't wrong. There were certainly major failures made by individuals regardless of politics, as well as failed policies, some of which go back further than any single administration (not sure when the levees were built, 1850s or so?)

One thing tho, that really irks me, is Michael Brown being head of FEMA.... looks like they finally took some action on him... It's being said he LIED to get his job, I don't care what party you're in, you don't LIE to get a job as head of FEMA.

Also, I ahven't seen this in a thread, but havent looked at all of them....

Where do you all sit with FEMA being under DoHS? Personally I think they should exsist as separate cabinet level departments just like FEMA always was... in fact, get rid of the whole extra DoHS bullshit all together.... bigger government does not a safer country make.

Mr. Glass, I suggest you take your own advice.
Bush is a hologram, not a robot. Dick Clark is a robot. Sheesh!

For someone who says they're conservative you sure do buy into the liberal media LIES oi ve. Dick Clark is an extraordinarilly long live species of Lizard Headed Aliens, not a robot. As for Bush you're part right... his outward appearcence as we see him is a holographic projection that's based within a robotic carrying mechanism, so he's kind of a holographic robot.... If you've ever seen Red Dwraf, he's a lot like Rimmer.
