What are the liberal opinions of Hawaiins attempting to propogate racial segretation in the government of that State? And, if you think this is a good idea, what is your opinion of a white State government doing the same for white?

As someone who grew up in Hawaii, I can tell you I can count the supporters of this stuff on one hand. It'll never happen.

The Japanese controll almost all aspects of Hawaiian politics, and Tourism reigns supreme for cash flow.... neither of which the locals want anything to do with.

I don't completely understand the question but I'll just give my over all opinion on this. I think the school, being a private institution should be able to accept or decline who ever they want. If it was a public school then this sh*t wouldn't fly.

I don't think thats the answer you wanted because I'm guessing you have basically the same view.

Although I am no liberal, I can come up with a hypothesis about what the extreme left will say about this. They will say things like,"Hawaii seceding is the best thing that ever happened to this nation." or "It's a good thing that Hawaii is voting to keep the white menace at bay." or "Hawaii seceding from the US is a great example of a state that is fed up with our cruel leader doing something about it." or "We should commemorate the Hawaiians for leaving the Union to escape the cruel Bush and other states should follow suit."

Just my guesses

The governor of Hawaii is Linda Lingle, and she is the first woman and first Republican to win in 40 years. I know that Lingle pushed for that bill with conditions of no 'gambling allowed'.
Lingle campaigned hard for Bush' re-election in many of the states.
I know that Senator Graham and Senator McCain were in favor of the bill, too.
