I have recently found out that Newt Gingrich is the most far right of the candidates most likely to run for the ruplican ticket in the '08 presidential primares. That secures my vote in him. Much to my chagrin, he is far behind in the polls, and worse yet, the frontrunner is the so-called republican Rudy Guiliani. Sure he has some great qualities, but the man is pro-life, which is my main issue, and he's also pro-gun control and pro-gay marriage. ick. The next in the polls is John McCain, who is far better than Giuliani, but is still far from what I want. I am here to plead for us to raise awarness to this issue and to get the republican party as far to the right as possible. We can't have two baby killers (pro-choice people) running for the highest seat in the land. I am confident that the polls will begin to tilt in my favor once business picks up, but I am asking for all the help that I can get to get Gingrich, or at least someone who is nice and far to the right, elected.

Of course, if it doesn't seem like he has become popular enough by say, '07. I will campaign for McCain, though I don't like him, he is tons better than Giuliani, and needs all the votes he can get to beat him, the way the polls are now. I would vote for him if he won the primary, but if Rudy won, I would go third party. Although Giuliani leads McCain in the polls, the same polling station also shows McCain standing a better chance of beating Hiltery Clinton or any other dem for that matter.

I'll support McCain. He's one of the best Republicans.
(Note to self: You just used "best" and "Republicans" in the same sentence.)

how come everytime somebody writes the word "vote", it shows up in red?
And by the way, I don't like McCain much, but I don't hope they vote him out of office because that would mean a democrat, and that's even worse.

Uses tax-exempt foundations for political purposes, lies about it, has an affair with a secretary 23 years younger than him, divorces his wife all while criticizing the Democrats for cheating and lieing.
Yeah stounds like a stand-up guy.

I guess, I will have to move into Arizona and run against that nancy boy. I will run against him in the primaries. I will also do something about the Mexicans crossing the border. How old do you have to be to run for senator?

30 years old. 25 years to run for the house. The senate is also better 'cause you get 6 years, your salary is higher, and your vote counts for more as there are only 100 senators, as opposed to 435 reps.

I wish we could find someone like Bush. But there doesn't appear to be anyone right now. Bush is far right, yet he doesn't turn moderates off to him and doesn't come off as a radical, we need someone like that again.
