they didn't ask the killers, they asked people of the same race. however you look at it, it should be just would it's said to be: a memorial. They didn't ask for permission from the vietkong when they built the veteran's wall thing for all the dead from vietnam. In my opinion, we should rebuild the WTC buildings, with all the names of the people who died in the disaster. but, that's just me.

rebuilding the WTC is a good idea, but I have an even better one. Why don't we building four towers exactly 1776 feet tall each on the site of the WTC. The lot where the twin towers are is huge. In the space where buildings 4, 5, and 6 were, we could easily put up 2 more towers. Or we could use an idea I got in an email a couple years ago. There could be five towers, arranged in a line, in the following order:

short tower
medium tower
really tall tower
medium tower
short tower

It would be really hard to get them 1776 feet tall.

Yeah basically the Freedom Tower is about 1/2 as high as just one of the twin towers but it has a huge, open nothingness thing all the way to the top, which is capped with an antenna. My 2 original ideas I think were still the best.

So, let me get this straight. . . we are building a tower that's half the size of the original ones, having it have no floors, making it completly redundant for an actual service building, and, on top of that, It's a crudy disigne? I'd rather gargle a bucket of diareha than see the victims memories remembered as this . . . thing.

WTC....to a bird cage. Wow. I bet the terrorists are thinking, "Hey! that wasn't us! They did that to themselves." I like the idea of rebuilding the towers better then they were....and make sure these one's can stand a plane crash.
