Philip. 2: 10-11

10. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

They can deny him for now if they wish, but the time will come when they will be proven wrong.

BW lokk at it this way. To a christian like myself, a fellow christian is going to go to heaven and a non-beliver will go to hell. Therefore, the christians try to convert people for their own good. However, an atheist has no incentive whatsoever to convert people, because to them, they will meet the same fate, regardless of religion.

The reason why any Atheist (I don't try to do this) would try to convert another to atheism is just so that the people who they are talking to can lead a life of full pleasure. There are certain restrictions in certain religions that there aren't in Atheism. It just allows you to ive life with no regret.

There is a difference between trying to convert someone to Atheism and trying to suck christianity out of America.

Actually i am two religions, buddhist and catholic(under buddhism's " law"its ok two have two religions but i actually consider buddhism a philosophy). I do plan on being an atheist when i grow up. I, as a liberal,admit you are right and that liberals do get scared whenever they see crosses in cemetaries and places like that. I think we should be able to discuss religion and stuff freely and school, as long as its in an unthreatening manor. I mean, if you take AP Enlgish in school and you read British literature,its a NECESSITY to discuss religion becasuse religious theology influenced a lot of those books. I dont think America should be like Canada, the most bureacratic country in the western hemishpere; however, I dont think prayer should be allowed in school.
